Senior Information Systems and Control Systems Specialist responsible for the design and implementation of process control and monitoring systems, and data collection and information systems. Projects include an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) for the Florida DOT I-10/I-110 project; an ITS for the Mobile Tunnel/Bayway for the Alabama DOT; an ITS for the Bayou La Batre bridge for the Alabama DOT; a DCS replacement project for six batch reactors, that included over 1,000 I/O, for Shell Chemical and a DCS replacement project which included 8,000 I/O, 400 operator graphics and extensive sequence code for GE Plastics. 1998 to 2003 Control System Specialist for Kellogg, Brown and Root. Project engineering including: programming and supervision of control system programming, supervision of E&I design, developing graphics and configuration for HMI system. Associated responsibilities include developing driver configuration, PLC interfaces, software, documentation, equipment test/simulation, checkout, and startup for control systems. Additional responsibilities included lead design staff on implementing project scope. Project management included quoting and reviewing potential project, project cost tracking and reporting, customer correspondence.
